14 Year Old Canadian Whisky

Elegantly different from its 15 year old counterpart, this rare bottling elicits a sweeter, broader nose. Aromas and flavors surprise with subtle complexity and refinement, presenting with a lush softness on the palette that belies its 100+ proof. Roasted, candied pecan, chocolate covered walnuts and hard toffee are all adorned in a butter cream coating. Wood spice is secondary on the nose, yet lovely hints come through allowing insight to its big brother, the Rare Perfection 15 Year Cask Strength. A true "Overproof”, weighing in at a very palatable 100.7 proof, it’s full bodied, robust and balanced. This ballet of a whiskey glides into an understated nuance that surprises at every turn.

15 Year Old Canadian Whisky

This rare bottling of superior vintage whiskey is enhanced by the use of a four grain (corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley) bourbon mashbill which was then barreled in freshly charred oak barrels, and exposed to prolonged cold storage aging in a low-rise warehouse in Northern Canada. Add to this our commitment to non-chill filter and bottle at a cask strength  of 119.7 proof, and the result is a truly exceptional pour, with flavors of massive proportion.
