A 2020 James Beard Award Nominee, Todd Leopold is one of the most respected and acclaimed pioneers and American Whiskey. Over his 25-year career, he has revived a number of pre-Prohibition spirits previously lost to the pages of history using old-world techniques, and heritage grains.

This Three Chamber Rye resurrects one such lost style, with a unique floral and chocolate character.

This whiskey revives the lost tradition of blending heavy-bodies rye whiskies produced on a three-chamber still with lighter-column distilled rye whiskies, to create a blank, richly complex, and versatile spirit. This marriage of Leopold Brothers’ Three Chamber Rye and Cascade Hollow’s own rye whisky turns back the hands of time, returning to an era that saw these blends served at bars and saloons throughout America, both straight and in cocktails.
