Because everything here comes from one cask, this exact whiskey will never be repeated.
The rye sets the frame with cracked black pepper, baking spice, and toasted grain over a core of caramel and dried orchard fruit. The sotol cask threads in something wilder — dry desert herbs, green earthiness, and a faint mineral edge — so the spice resolves into a finish that is as savory as it is sweet.
