Deep well water serves as the foundation for our tequila's exquisite taste, and our fermentation process employs 100% agave, stainless steel tanks, and open-air techniques, eliminating fibers for unparalleled quality. After double distillation in a stainless pot with a copper coil, our tequila matures in American White Oak barrels, including used and Bourbon barrels, reaching a harmonious 40% ABV (80-proof).
