Santo Fino Pure Mezquila is an extraordinary spirit that combines the best of two revered Mexican traditions—mezcal and tequila. This innovative creation is the brainchild of Sammy Hagar, the legendary rock musician and entrepreneur, and Guy Fieri, the renowned chef, restaurateur, and television personality. Santo Fino Pure Mezquila begins with the careful selection of agave plants. The hearts of both blue agave, used for tequila production, and espadín agave, traditionally used in mezcal, are harvested at peak maturity. These agave hearts, known as piñas, are meticulously cooked to extract their flavorful nectar, resulting in a harmonious blend of the two agave varieties.
