Winemaking & Terroir
Grown in the mineral-rich soils of Burgundy, the grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by partial aging in oak barrels, which adds subtle spice and structure while preserving the pure fruit expression typical of Pinot Noir.
