From the sun-drenched vineyards of Puglia's Salento peninsula, this Verdeca from Produttori Vini Manduria is a study in understated elegance. Native to southern Italy, the Verdeca grape thrives in the region's dry, mineral-rich soils — producing a white wine that is as refreshing as it is refined.
In the glass, Alice opens with bright citrus blossom and white peach, layered with delicate notes of almond and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, crisp acidity carries a clean, saline minerality through to a long, dry finish — a hallmark of great Salento whites.
