It's a 100% rye mash bill — bold, spicy, and structured — pulled from a small selection of premium barrels at the legendary DSP-KY-5 distillery in Lexington. Bottled at 115.6 proof (57.8% ABV), this Spring 2026 release delivers the full character of the barrel: peppery rye spice, deep oak, and the kind of warming finish that earns rye its devoted following.
Aged 6.3 to 8 years, the whiskey has the structure of a younger rye with the rounded depth of a mature one — a sweet spot rye drinkers chase.
