At first I was pretty disappointed. I had searched all over online for this whiskey for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday, and then was sent the wrong product. I was very upset because he opened the shipping box on his actual birthday and it was not what he had been searching for. Although it ruined the surprise- we were sent the correct product pretty quickly.

Overall experience was ok. Easy to order and track my order. Got what I ordered on time. However, the canister lid was damaged in transport Could've been packed better. For a $160+ bottle of scotch it wasnt packages all that well (I've worked shipping for years and I couldnt believe it was shipped in packing peanuts with thin bubble wrap). The top of the canister was badly dented in transport and I bought this for my collection so that's very upsetting. Probably won't order again due to that, but the purchasing experience was fine.
