The 2026 Limited Edition brings this shared vision to life, rooted in a common language of tension and balance – between heritage and reinvention, structure and freedom, mastery and experimentation. For Dom Pérignon, each vintage is shaped through the interplay of a single year’s grapes, while for Damien Hirst, the kaleidoscope motif emerges through the precise composition of selected and calibrated elements. In champagne as in art, beauty is born of complexity, as contrasting fragments are brought together to form a singular, harmonious whole.
At the heart of the collaboration
Damien Hirst is one of the most influential figures in contemporary art, renowned for a visual language shaped by repetition, transformation and the assemblage of fragmented elements. Inspired by his Kaleidoscope series, the 2026 Limited Edition brings into dialogue the Maison’s historic shield and the artist’s singular aesthetic universe. Through successive iterations and endlessly shifting configurations, the motif reinterprets the shield as a contemporary emblem, multiplying it through the composition without ever letting it disappear. In this creation, Hirst recognises in Dom Pérignon’s savoir-faire a living material in constant becoming, shaped by experimentation and the reinvention of its own heritage. Structured by two chromatic tonalities — deep blue for Vintage 2018 and warm pink for Rosé Vintage 2010 — the collection unfolds in a subtle balance between emotion, visual vibration and symmetrical precision.
