Distilled between 2014 and 2018, this Kentucky Straight Rye was finished in two distinct ways — one portion rested in peach brandy casks, the other in toasted oak barrels — before being blended back together. The result is a layered interplay of fruit, sweetness, and spice that showcases the transformative power of thoughtful finishing.
Inspired by the natural balance between orchard fruit and oak, Master Distiller chose these finishing barrels to elevate rye's innate character, producing a richer, more expressive profile that bridges tradition and innovation.

Tasting Profile

Palate: Ripe orchard fruit layered with vanilla cream. Caramel and clove steer the expression towards cobbler à la mode.
Finish: Confectionary sweetness fades to peppery rye. Soft oak and fruit sugar linger to provide a balanced, velvety final act.
