The Dalmore Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, who is constantly looking to push the boundaries of creativity, created the world’s first ever single malt in collaboration with a Michelin starred chef.
Chef Daniel Boulud worked with Richard Paterson to create this bespoke expression using aged stocks from Muscatel, Madeira and Port. The end result was a beautiful fusion of the art of whisky making with the world of fine cuisine.
