I have not been able to receive my order since November 11th. The track number issued does not move (786339223054). No one responds to the feedback form.

I placed my order. 2 days later it showed that it shipped. For 2 weeks all the tracking information said was “label created” I contacted customer service 2 times, and it only finally shipped out after 17 days. Absolutely terrible. And it was an almost $500 order. I was given a 10% off coupon. After this order I’ll be going to other sites from now on.
