Produced from estate-grown blue weber agave and traditionally fermented with native yeasts, this tequila is celebrated for its authentic, handcrafted character. After distillation, it rests for several months in lightly charred American oak barrels, developing both depth and balance while preserving its vibrant agave core.
On the nose, it offers aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, and warm baking spice accented by hints of citrus and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and expressive, with flavors of caramel, pepper, stone fruit, and subtle herbal notes. The finish is long and balanced, with oak sweetness wrapped around the natural brightness of the highland agave.
