1 ½ oz. 1800 Coconut
1 oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. Italian liquor
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into hurricane glass.
Garnish with pineapple leaf.
