Aroma: Molasses, toasted cloves, caramelized plantain, vanilla, dill, and cherry
Palate: Dark chocolate, maple syrup, baked walnut, rich spice, and a touch of orange peel
Finish: Lengthy and round with sweet and peppery notes
Mash Bill: 95% rye, 5% malt
