Very aromatic smoky peaty whisky, nice finish, woody perfectly blended with the cereals and overripe fruits of the Fino, a bit empyromatic.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Very flattering on orchard fruits and honey. In a second phase, it is the candied orange and the walnut that stand out.
Palate: Still a lot of greediness on candied fruits with a liquorish touch. The malty and toasted notes bring a great richness.
Finish: Long on red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) with a touch of smoke and toasted notes.
