We blend and proof our whiskey in annual vintages, a unique approach that allows us to embrace the nuances of each year’s barrels, which are naturally shaped by the barrels, which are naturally shooed by the barrel oak, mash bill, climate, and storage environment. Rather than replicated flavor profiles - traditional method - we craft the best, not the same, whiskey every year.
