We've been crafting premium Vodkas, Gins, and Whiskeys in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood since 2010. Each year, we ferment and distill over 200,000 pounds of grain at our facility on Capitol Hill—making us the second largest independently-owned distillery in Washington state.
