The artists Jesiel Rubio and Fer Arias were inspired by the Aztec deity Quetzalcoatl and the fantastic creatures known as Alebrijes. Bad customer service!!
I ordered two different bottles of Tequila early September as an anniversary gift for my husband. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks I reached out to SIP and was told they wouldn’t be shipping it until they had both bottles in stock. I asked them to send the one they did have and they refused. A month later still no delivery. It was finally shipped at the end of November so since the anniversary had passed I decided to wait until Christmas to give it to my husband. When I went to wrap them as a gift I found two of the same bottles of the 2024 tequila and missing the 2023 bottle. When I reached out to them after a three month wait and the wrong product shipped they offered me a 10 percent discount on one bottle that I didn’t even want!! They said I could send it back but at this point I was so frustrated that I didn’t want to deal with waiting another 3 months for the correct bottle. Be very careful when buying from this company!
