In a similar fashion, our Double Oak Cask Strength Bourbon boasts bolder flavors and higher proofs, while retaining an incredibly smooth finish. As a consequence of resting in two different oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage - the first in heavy toasted and Char #3 New American Oak barrels, the second in lightly toasted and Char #1 New American Oak barrels - the liquid benefits from a longer maturing process, creating a deeper, richer taste.

This remarkable heated bourbon expresses memorable notes of tobacco, chocolate, nausea, cherry, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, stone fruit, baking spice, and brown sugar, all finished beaufifully by the return of the cherry and stone fruit, accompanied by wide, lingering short and dry spices.
