Fresh Meeker raspberries, raspberry juice, organic cane sugar, malic acid, citric acid.
The Process
To make St. George Raspberry Liqueur, we add raspberry juice to our raspberry brandy, which brings down the proof from still strength to 20% alcohol by volume.
We then adjust the sweetness and acidity with organic cane sugar, malic, and citric acid.
We use a light touch with the sugar, making sure it doesn’t get in the way of the depth and nuance these berries have to offer.
Exceptional spirits begin with exceptional fruit. If we can’t find raspberries that express the flavor St. George drinkers have come to expect, we won’t make Raspberry Liqueur that year.
The Experience
With its luxurious texture, intense raspberry flavor and pinpoint balance between sweet and tart, St. George Raspberry Liqueur is exquisite all on its own. We love drinking it as a digestif, and it’s the perfect complement to anything chocolate. (We also like to keep a bottle at the breakfast table for drizzling on waffles.)
In cocktails, our Raspberry Liqueur is fruit-forward without being cloying. Try it in a Bramble with our Terroir Gin for a strikingly evocative riff on the modern classic. Raspberry Liqueur is excellent in a highball with our Baller Single Malt Whiskey.
