The palate is noticeably powerful at cask strength, allowing for a concentrated experience that combines citrus notes of lemon and orange peel; as the whisky opens up, it reveals a dominant honeycomb sweetness that gives way to a profile driven by milk chocolate, derived from a bourbon-rich maturation process.
