Ordered a customized label on a product for a gift. The item arrived on time but the name on the label was spelled wrong. Called and was told to take a photo of the bottle and send it to them via an address on their website. The person answering the phone seemed to not care about the mistake and said they would need to see if a replacement label was possible, if not they would refund the purchase. Never had a response to the email. Nothing no followup.

I purchased this as a surprise gift for my wife, who runs a whisk{e}y/tequila/rum bottle shop. She proudly displays it along with her high-end bottles as an "exclusive" (not for sale, of course) just as a conversation piece for now, but we will eventually crack it and probably make it into margaritas for a summer event.
