The liquid then ages in exquisite French Cognac XO casks for an additional 3 years, resulting in a harmonious blend of unparalleled flavor and elegance. This is an incredible bourbon. The mix of honey dew finished in Cognac cask is perfect. The nose is caramel, sugar, and woody. The honey and cognac are very evident on the palate. At 57% ALC, it is surprisingly smooth with no medicine taste at all. This is a hit.
