Whiskey was fantastic. Shipping was super slow. I ordered on 9/7 at 10 am. You handed over on 9/19, I didn’t receive until 5 days later. I’m patient and don’t mind waiting, so don’t state on your website that you ship in 3-5 business days when it takes you 2-3x that to actually ship. Give accurate information up front so that the consumer knows what to expect. I was lucky that I ordered a different pick from a competitor a week later-one of these was supposed to be a gift, but it arrived several days too late.
