I placed an order for 2 bottles of Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof. I received 2 bottles of Smokeye Small Batch. I promptly emailed Sip Whiskey about the mistake & added pictures for proof. I got an email back stating they would look into it. That was about a week ago...They are lacking very much in customer service. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue. The 1st time still hasn't been resolved & I didn't even recieve a refund for the couple hundred dollars for that order I didn't recieve at all.

The bottle arrived with the cap out of the bottle( it wasn’t wrapped like most packaging I’ve seen). What is frustrating is no one from Sip will respond to me to see how to resolve this issue. I’ve been a long time Sip customer and currently very disappointed.
