The Redwood Empire stretches from San Francisco to Humboldt Bay and onto the Oregon border. The region is home to majestic coastal redwoods, some more than 350 feet high and 2,000 years old. Aging our barrels in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast allows for a slow and even extraction of flavor, producing a whiskey of exceptional balance and complexity.
The Devils Tower
Redwood Empire National Park is home to more than 45% of the remaining old-growth coastal redwoods on earth. Deep within this forest is the Devil's Tower. Named after the string monument in Wyoming it rises 340 feet into the sky.

This 4 grain mashbill with high rye is fantastic. One of my new favorites. It is a great combination of spice and traditional bourbon flavors of vanilla, caramel and oak. Since it is a limited release, you may want to get a backup bottle.
