This batch is a blend of 17-year-old and 7-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrels.
When breeding and training thoroughbreds, a foal is kept with its mare for months after it is born. This allows the wise, aged-mare to imprint behaviors and practices of a winning lineage onto her foal. In much the same fashion, we have blended hand-selected barrels of our most premium 17 year old bourbon to help guide the flavor profiles of this exquisite small batch offering.
