This batch features a derived mash bill of 78% corn, 18% rye, and 4% malted barley, resulting in a beautifully balanced bourbon with both sweetness and spice. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered, it delivers robust flavor and layered complexity with every sip.

Appearance: Honey gold
Nose: Bright and nostalgic with notes of Granny Smith apple, salted caramel, peach tea, toffee, and smoked cherry wood
