Old Forester 2008 Birthday Bourbon

Barrels were all selected from the 6th floor of Warehouse H, an upper floor where heat builds. This made for a more robust, complex flavor profile. The taste is a combination of caramelized oak, ripe apple; vanilla and toasted coconut grace the palate.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Dark toffee. Rich caramel and chocolate notes mingle with a sweet coconut note. Deep dark fruits, citrus and oak notes add complexity.

Taste: A robust combination of caramelized oak, ripe apple, vanilla, and toasted coconut grace the palate. Spiced with cinnamon and delicate mint notes.

Finish: Long with subtle fruit and spice character.
