Excellent Bourbon, Great Find

I can't get enough of the Cowboy Bourbon. It's so full of flavor, and not too oily. I drink it straight, or with a bit of water. The 2017 batch is one of the best bourbons I've ever had. If you're looking for easy-drinking smooth bourbon with no bite, this isn't it! This has all the flavors, and hits the palate a bit intense at first, which I like, but actually finishes smooth. You taste Oaky char with a peppery sweetness, with a hint off caramel.
