Frey Ranch Malted Grain Series Quad Malt Bourbon is aged for precisely 5 years and 10 months and bottled at an approachable 90 proof. This bourbon features a unique mash bill that includes 100% non-GMO corn, winter rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley. Unlike traditional bourbons, where only the barley is malted, each of the four grains in Quad Malt Bourbon is malted on-site using Co-Founder Colby Frey's custom-made malt drum. This meticulous process infuses the bourbon with a remarkable depth of flavor and complexity.
