Ordered 4 bottles of RumChata Limon knowing how dangerously delicious it is and they charged my card but after 10 days I messaged as no shipping confirmation was sent. They said the order was fulfilled and waiting to be picked up. Several days later I asked again to hear they are so busy they are running behind on fulfilling orders. Several more days they cancelled my order saying they don't have the product. I went to review them but they have their site set to only accept 5 star reviews. To sum the company up, they did false advertising by advertising product they didn't have, Fraudulent misrepresentation for lying that they had fulfilled the order and another fraudulent misrepresentation by not letting the reviews explain a problem. ALL 4 ARE FEDERAL CRIMES. DO NOT DEAL WITH SIP WHISKEY

I purchased Rumchata Limon knowing how dangerously delicious it is but am floored at the lack of service here. After 10 days of no shipping confirmation I emailed and was told the order is fulfilled and 'waiting for pick up'. 4 days later, still nothing though all the shipping companies pick up from businesses daily. Sip Whiskey is not fulfilling the order and blaming it on UPS or whomever their shipper is. There are online suppliers who do fulfill orders, don't use Sip Whiskey.

I loved it straight as chilled shots...served over ice...and also mixed with passion fruit vodka! Will definitely be my go-to for a summertime refreshing drink!
