Aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrels, Añejo — meaning "aged" in Spanish — marks the point where tequila transcends its origins and takes on a depth and complexity that commands slow, deliberate appreciation.
The nose is warm and welcoming: baked agave, butterscotch, and gentle vanilla with a whisper of cinnamon and dried fruit.
