The nose delivers fresh agave sweetness with bright citrus zest, white pepper, and a clean vegetal lift characteristic of the Jalisco terroir. On the palate, the spirit opens with vibrant lime and green apple, layered with mineral salinity and a peppery mid-palate that builds to a crisp, warming finish. The finish is long and clean, with lingering citrus peel and a whisper of dried herb.
