Old Town Distilling

Old Town Distilling Co. is Northern Colorado’s first and only certified organic distillery. In solidarity with local organic agriculture and in an effort to limit their carbon footprint, they source all raw ingredients from within the state of Colorado, working closely with neighboring organic farmers, including Mother Love Legacy Farm (just 10 miles away) for grain and botanicals. Old Town prides themselves on sustainable business practices: filtering finishing water of chlorine and fluoride, recycling all components of their process, and providing spent vodka and whiskey grains to local cattle and hog farmers.
